LOCATION
Rhythms of the World 2008 will be held in the grounds of Hitchin Priory.
By train
Hitchin is serviced by First Capital Connect between Kings Cross and Cambridge, Peterborough and Kings Lynn. At the current time, the last trains on the evening of Saturday 12 July and morning of Sunday 13 July are:
- 00.33 to London
- 01.43 to Peterborough (bus service only)
- 23.53 to Kings Lynn
- 01.00 to Cambridge
National Express runs trains on the East Coast Mainline from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, York and Leeds. For Hitchin, change at Peterborough or Stevenage and take a First Capital Connect service.

By car
From the M1
Leave the M1 at junction 10. Follow signs for Luton South and Airport A1081.At the first roundabout take the second exit: A1081.
At the next roundabout take the second exit: A505.
At the Airport Roundabout (for Luton Airport) take the second exit: A505 (signposted Hitchin).
Continue following the A505 signposted Hitchin all the way.
From the A1(M)
Leave the A1(M) at junction 8.Take the A602, signposted Hitchin.
By Air
Hitchin is 10 miles from London Luton Airport(www.london-luton.co.uk)
and 30 miles from London Stansted Airport
