Our Communications team is looking for a PR person to liaise with national and local press. You would be working on this as part of the existing team.
Duties include: Chasing press releases – it may be useful if you have some spare time during the day

Our Event Team is looking to fill the following role to support the existing team:
Duties include: responding to enquiries from companies interested in providing services for the festival. You will need to evaluate the proposals, liaise with other team members and reply to the applicants.

Our Trustees are looking for someone with good admin skills, attention to detail and a can-do approach to assist with general admin duties, which would include but not be limited to minute taking and communication meeting schedules amongst the team.

The Ticket Gate Team Coordinator is responsible for setting up a timetable to ensure the ticket gate is manned through the festival opening hours, as well as managing a team of volunteers prior to and during the festival. We are currently looking for an assistant to work alongside the Ticket Gate Team Coordinator with a view to eventually taking the position over.

Responsible for applications to Trusts and Foundations for grants. Good communication skills, display attention to detail in research and written communication, ideally with experience of applying for funding in the charitable sector.
Duties include: Research suitable sources of funding & complete applications, including follow up & reporting back to funders. You should understand the needs of Rhythms and how this may fit with grant giving bodies and be able to write funding proposals in a way that best ‘sells’ Rhythms and presents the best opportunity for successful applications.

We are looking for someone to assist and support our sponsorship team.
Duties include: Developing and maintaining relationships with our existing sponsors, generating leads for new sponsors and approaching them, helping coordinate sponsorship of the event, ensuring agreed packages are delivered and supporting existing team members with documentation.

To liaise between various members of the organising committee and the Event Team to ensure the festival is well signposted for performers, attendees and volunteers.
Duties include: Agreeing and placing orders for signs required, ensuring they are provided according to agreed timelines and coordinating the placing of signs during the building of the site.

We need help with promoting volunteering within the local community. Experience of and enthusiasm for the festival is essential along with confidence to talk in public. Contacts with local community organisations, sports/social groups or through your workplace are useful.
Duties include: Helping with recruitment events, including poster distribution; speaking to local organisations, groups & businesses to recruit new volunteers.
