Trading at the festival

Applications for stalls at the 2012 festival are now open. If you would like to apply to trade at ROTW 2012 here’s what you need to do:

• Read through the Terms and Conditions of Trading (PDF, 168kb)
• Check out our standard fees and stall sizes (PDF, 49kb)
• Complete and return the application form (DOC, 217kb), together with a £100 deposit cheque and other relevant documents.

Do ensure we have the full and accurate measurements of your required pitch as ROTW cannot guarantee allowing you on site if you arrive with a bigger unit or more vehicles than booked.

Please note that we are unable to accept incomplete applications so to avoid disappointment do ensure you have provided all the information and documents requested. We are always on the lookout for anything original and unusual so please use the space on the application form to promote your stall!

The closing date for applications is 31st March 2012 so don’t delay! After the fantastic success of ROTW 2011 we are expecting a lot of interest and pitch numbers are limited!
