About Gill
Gill Bamford got involved with ROTW in 2001, initially as a Steward and then helping to manage the Stewards Team. She and Gill Hannington now share the role of Head of the Event Group and are responsible for coordinating the operational aspects of the festival which are managed by a number of capable team leaders. Gill B is responsible for the Steward Team, Runners & Programme Sellers, car park management and the Wristband Team.

Gill Hannington’s first ROTW role was in 2007 as Green Team Coordinator. She now shares the role of Head of Event with Gill Bamford. Gill H particularly looks after the Green Team & litter collection, the Ticket Gate Team and backstage catering.

Donna Mackay
Head of Performance Group
About Donna
Donna Mackay joined ROTW in January 2015 as the Head of Performance. She performed on the ROTW main stage in 2003, and other stages in 2008 and 2013, and has been in the music industry for many years as an artist, and a promoter of the local music scene hosting various music events. She is the Head of Group for the Performance Team and works with a team of dedicated volunteers to secure all the acts for the festival and musical fundraising events.

Liz Marfleet
Head of Art Group
About Liz
Liz started volunteering with ROTW as a face painter, later becoming the Family Area Coordinator in 2009. In 2014 she became the head of the freshly-formed Art Group where she oversees the teams for the Family Area, The Garden, Art Park, Community Art, Decoration team and the Graffiti Wall.

Alison Watt
Joint Head of Volunteer Group
About Alison
Alison joined ROTW in 2006 as part of the Steward Coordination team. In 2008 she took on the position of Volunteers Coordinator, sharing the role with Jo Winstanley. The Volunteers Coordinators head up the Volunteers Group, which is responsible for recruiting new volunteers and looking after the hundreds of volunteers who are involved year-round and over the festival weekend. Alison also coordinates our team of Programme Sellers & Runners.

Jo Winstanley
Joint Head of Volunteer Group
About Jo
Jo joined ROTW in November 2005 as part of the steward coordination team and, with Alison Watt, took over the role of Head of Volunteers in 2008. Since 2011 Jo has also coordinated our Ticket Gate Team.

Alison Nayler

About Alison
Alison has only recently become involved with ROTW. Since February 2015 she has been Head of Finance leading a team of 7 volunteers who manage the income and expenditure of the Festival.
